ZGS, INC honors month-to-month contracts. However, we may enter into a yearly contract, in which case, the hourly rate will be guaranteed for the duration of one year. After that, the rates may be renegotiated allowing for wage increases as well as other economic factors.

Either party has the right of cancellation effective thirty (30) days after receiving written notice of termination.

Contracts that are less than one month in duration are considered Temporary Accounts.

Our guards are required to check in and out with a dispatcher at the beginning and end of their shift. In addition, our Field Supervisor conducts random checks on all the guards. ZGS, INC also uses Detex at the request of the client to assist in the monitoring of the guard. We also offer live monitoring to help monitor the guard and the job site at an additional cost.

Our guards carry a duty belt which includes a set of handcuffs, a flashlight, pepper spray and holster for our armed guards. Additional equipment is supplied upon request from the client and the nature of the job site.

ZGS, INC rotates our guards at most of our accounts to assure that each of our guards is familiar with the location, but if a client requests a specific guard, we are happy to do so.
